Brian has been a great and very fair landlord. He is immediately attentive and responsive if a (rare) issue arises, and ensures that the problem is fixed rapidly. He cares about his property and shows great respect for his tenants, which is often a rarity these days. The building is lovely with good character, prime location, and well maintained utilities (heat/central air, hot water, etc.). I would not hesitate to recommend Brian to any prospective renters or buyers. Was very fortunate to have him as my landlord

I rented from Brian for 2 years, loved it. The house was clean and unique. He was responsive on the rare occasion that issues came up. Also, he's very handy & can fix most anything. Would recommend to anyone

Great realtor. Patient and very knowledgeable, especially about the submarket we were looking at. Multifamily (2-4units) in Chicago Northside.
