I called a day ahead to ask of I needed to schedule an appointment and the lady said to just walk in. Showed up within business hours the next day and the lady didnt know good enough English to communicate with me. She said to come back in an hour and they'd be open and then I came back in an hour and she kept telling me to come back in an hour or that they were only taking one person at a time or something in broken english.
