If I could leave zero stars I would, terrible shady company. If you are renting in the area avoid them like the plague and if you need a company to manage you rental also avoid them, they never stepped a foot in the house to see if we were taken care of it. When we moved in, the house was dirty, they only said oops sorry, when we moved out they charged us for ridiculous things, like $10 for a missing screw on the outlet plate, which it was already missing when we moved in.
