So we lived at one of their properties for about 4 - 5 years. It was old, outdated and was in some serious need of some care. Pipes leaked, burst, the fence was dilapidated on one side, there was a big problem with mold on the ceilings, etc. We found a brand new house, just built, and decided to jump at the opportunity to buy it because we knew it would go fast.
