It was a pleasure to work with Rayce to find an apartment. I don’t regularly write reviews positive nor negative, however I did have a negative experience. To go into detail I told the realtor my criteria which left me with limited options and I said I couldn’t tour the same weekend as I’m out of state (5 hours away). However I was told that the market moves quick, so I made arrangements to tour sooner, the same weekend, and lowered my criteria for better options. He not only found me the perfect place (that I have now moved to and absolutely love), he went above and beyond in supporting me throughout the move process, from subletting my previous spot to signing the new lease.
