I would have been better off selling my house on my own. Ben came in with high energy about what my house was worth, so of course I sign the paperwork. A week goes by with one viewing and he is already talking dropping the price, I figure 5k-10k, nope he says it needs to come down 25k to show I'm serious which was also his projected worst case scenario, and there is no way that will tell buyers there is something wrong with the house.
