My mother called Dream Steam to help with a water leak in the basement after heavy rain. Thirty minutes after she called they were at work in her basement. Anna, Sam, Jackson and Luke have been fabulous to work with and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of her in a stressful situation.

Dream Steam did a wonderful job cleaning our mattress. Michael and Sam explained each step. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. Michael checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. He went over the mattress a second time to help the drying process. We highly recommend for any type of cleaning/restoration you find yourself needing.

We had water seep through our walls and into basement from a toilet overflowing so I called Dream Steam on a Sunday. I spoke to the on-call and then the owner and they said they would have someone come out first thing Monday after looking at pictures and assessing damage. Nathaniel came out first thing Monday morning and got all their equipment hooked up quickly. I believe Sam was with him as well. Happy with the care and attention all around to get my house dry.
