My carpets look amazing and the price was cheaper than others with zero hidden fees (zerorez). Mike is friendly and professional and I know if I wasn't satisfied they would make it right. I love that I wasn't wasting my whole day and they were all efficient. I would choose them over and over. I agree with the below review that I am shocked there are bad reviews and they didn't make it right!
They did a fantastic job! I cannot imagine anyone leaving a bad review unless they are over the top Karens. Friendly, professional, easy to work with. My carpets look fantastic and my ottoman that I thought had no hope looks brand new.
I am a person who has numerous properties throughout the valley and have used many carpet cleaning companies and this was the worst one yet! Do not hire them to clean your carpets! They will not be any cleaner and you will have $200 less in your pocket! Mike will argue with you over everything! Customer service is horrible! As for the cleaning, he was there for 45 minutes to clean 5 areas. I asked him to leave the rug in the driveway and he left it on the grass, so when I got home it was covered in bugs.
