Dana does not have your best interest at heart - read the other reviews. Would not recommend.
Do not trust Dana Schneider or his associates. I had a nice tour with him at one of his properties, and upon my application's acceptance, he disclosed that the property has not yet passed the gas inspection. Ok- I can live without a gas stove for a few weeks. It was not until after the lease was signed and I moved into the property that I discovered that the property also didn't have heat or hot water. Has no interest in protecting any rights of prospective tenants. Realtor was unwilling to help negotiate a few terms on a lease on our behalf that no sane person would sign. You would think that they would be at least somewhat helpful considering they’re getting paid such a high broker fee. Glad this didn’t work out. Lease at 52 monitor street is heinous. Avoid at all costs.
Dana was very responsive (emailed us back in minutes), provided us with a private tour, and was transparent and honest about his opinion of the apartment. He was also easy to talk with and helped us get approved for the apartment within two days. Easy and seamless process with his help.
If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid it at all costs if you want to live a harassment free life.
