Absolutely recommend this place. Staff is awesome, very outgoing, Emma made me feel so comfortable she was so patient and understanding how I had bad experiences at other salons and me being indecisive on wat I wanted. She was great. I'm looking forward to going back for touch up and going brighter with the under tone I wanted. I was very nervous about the color I wanted lol so I went real subtle but I love it. I got a facial here. My facial was OK. I have had facials at other places. They had taken time when your mask is on to massage your head or your hands and arms along with the facial. Basically it was just my face. When I left, I went to pay my fee and it was more than what they show online.. They told me that you get charged 10% more for products used so instead of paying the $120 for the facial I had to pay $132. There is nowhere on their website where they tell you that will be added on. I will never come back.
Love love love this salon! Been looking for a new salon & I had my first visit with Emma (sweetest girl ever!!) for an eyebrow wax. I felt so welcome and comfortable. The space was clean and gorgeous. Such a relaxing vibe and they definitely make you feel beautiful!! I will absolutely be back for all my salon and spa needs. 🥰🥰
I have been going to Wendi at Dream Salon for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say that I have never had a stylist that is so consistent. I am happy with my cut and color every time. Wendi asks questions and listens carefully. She truly wants to get it right!
