The salon is nice, but my friend went to get a wash and go it was nice too. The next day she made had appointment for microlinks and they made her wait 2 hours just to tell her that they don’t want to do her hair anymore. That’s very unprofessional!!! You could call and say that before making her get there and wait for that long.
Jasmine and Orqiudia welcomed me as a first timer with amazing customer service ! I'm from NC and no one can blow dry my hair without using a flat iron! Jasmine did!! 100% will be back. Been to 3 salons and they could not do a simple blow out! so happy and so satisfied they made my day.
This place is amazing, everyone was so friendly. I have very coarse thick 4C hair, and they definitely got me right, I would recommend this place over any other, they really look out for you.
