I’m African With Natural 4C Hair. I Literally Shaved My Head In 2017 So It Was Completely Natural When I Came Here In 2022 When I Was Visiting My Parents. My Hair Has Not Been The Same Since. My Afro Doesn’t Stand Like It Use To & My Coils Are Elongated But Not In A Good Way. More Like They Are Fried Smh. I Like To Get Blow Outs Before Braids & This Salon Was Open When I Needed The Service But Never Again. They Traumatized Me So Bad I Always Call Ahead & Ask If I Can Bring My Own Products For Them (other salons) To Use Now.
IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR OR IF YOU ARE A BLACK AMERICAN, DO NOT COME HERE! Very disappointed with my service. I paid $70 for a simple wash and blow dry (as prep for my braiding appointment, no trim)… I called ahead and was told the service would be about $40 to $55. Additionally, she added a treatment to my hair without my permission, never told me what it was, and forced me to pay for it. My hair was tugged and pulled on because she DID NOT detangle my hair.
