Not much of a Dream is Patrick Carey of Dream Reality. I made appointment to see apartment. Was specific that I had limited time. He didn't show after 10 mins I called. He was frazzled & said he'd be right there. I told him I couldn't & rescheduled. Only to find for 2nd appointment, he over weekend rented the 2 apartments available in 1 building. No call. I reached out to Paul to find me an apartment. I met him through mutual friends. He seemed like a stand up guy and seemed like he waned to help so I gave him a shot. Not only did he act as a dual agent, he wasn't even close to being a fair third party. He exploited the fact that I didn't have the best credit by asking to pay 2 months in advance along with last and security deposit. He also asked me to pay for the broker fee in cash.
