Shawn and his team at Dream Real Estate help make my wife's and my dreams come true. We did not use a purchasing agent, but Shawn walked us through the process even though he was the listing agent. He was such an incredible help; we used him to list our old house. He even helped with issues after both sales were completed. Shawn is highly knowledgeable and well-versed in the market. Shawn and his team made a difficult process incredibly easy. I had to manage a handful of things out of state which made it hard with coordinating contractors, but Shawn took all of this on, reducing a great amount of stress. There were even some fixes I planned to do myself but didn't get around to and he took the time to do these himself with the help of his team. Definitely would recommend.
