I had to do an alcohol assessment for a DWI. They forgot to make me do the bubble sheet question with the never, once or twice, several times, or all the time bubbles..... Never heard anything back so I called Friday. They told me I could come in to get the paper I needed for court but I needed to fill out some stuff....
