Here's my personal experience. I had an appointment today that was supposed to be an hour. Prior to this I had 2 evaluations on the phone. I knew It was mandatory for me to be in the office bc I was getting an Rx , I was prepared. ( Stay away from this place). I got to the appointment had the basic things done weight, and BP. I have heard from multiple individuals with ADHD who previously sought services here that this facility has a policy of not treating ADHD for those who use medicinal cannabis, even for PTSD. For patients who rely on cannabis to manage their symptoms, a sudden cessation without a tailored tapering plan to ADHD medication can be extremly harmful and dangerous. I literally had to prepay 24 hrs ahead of every appointment and have proof where I did but I all of a sudden got an outrageous bill claiming I didn't pay anything which is a sham! So I got cut off meds cold turkey until I pay that balance. DO NOT GO HERE! ALL ABOUT THE MONEY
So unprofessional and disorganized it's BEYOND enraging. I could go on about at least five instances where they were shady or just the owner being blatantly disrespectful at her big age, but I'm not even going to waste my breath or time. And don't waste your time either, go ANYWHERE else if you can. I literally just left their office less than a half hour ago and I don't plan on everrrr going back. Oh how I wish my insurance could snatch that money back from them.
