The lease included the water not the electric. The HOA put meters in Feb 2019 and unfortunately I got a defective meter, with water bills of $100.00 a month. RecommendedVista Point Properties has managed my rental property for many, many years. They are amazing. I never had to worry about anything and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. When it came time to find a new tenant they were fast and I had no down time. Recently I decided to renovate my rental and sell it. Malea was amazing. It was fun to bounce ideas off her for the renovations. She gave excellent advice on the ROI. We worked as a team and when the house went on the market she had it sold in the first week. I just recently sold my condo using Bill Norris and was very happy with how smooth this transaction went. As a Canadian, this sale involved a few more steps then normally would of and Bill was very helpful with direction on doing this. I found Bill very professional but also very relaxed which is welcomed when dealing with what could be a stressful event. I would highly recommend Bill for any real estate needs.
