It is hard to give this Property Management Company even one star. I lived at Veranda at Ventana for 2 years. A nightmare! The lease included the water not the electric. The HOA put meters in Feb 2019 and unfortunately I got a defective meter, with water bills of $100.00 a month. I fought with the owner of Vista Point Properties for 1 year and the meter was approved to be put in by the Management Company First Residential which is about the 5th company they have had. No one stays there long as it is completely mismanaged. The meter was approved and the owner of Vista Point refused to put a $300 replacement meter in insisting that it was correct. One person cannot possibly use 9000-13,000 gallons a month! It is now in dispute with the third party Utility Company in San Diego and an attorney had to be hired. You cannot have Tucson Water come out if you face any problems. They lie constantly, and his employee did not tell the truth and told me that when I signed a lease in the past they told you about the installation of the meters. Untrue! If that was the case any person would have asked "How much"? The maintenance is good but they have 1 maintenance person for 140 units, and lately before my departure his long time employee was forgetting to put work orders in! The place has gone downhill, in 2 years and if you are lucky you can swim for 1 hour with no gym since March as the HOA is so concerned about their liability rather then pleasing the residents. When I moved in it was nicely landscaped and lit up, now the entrance has been bare for over 6 months. I would really warn you about Vista Point Properties as they have other tenants moving out that are very displeased with this company. Totally unprofessional. BEWARE! I hope this helps anyone considering using them to seek another Property Management Company.!! Side note: They may be good for the owners but when you move out as a renter and leave the place immaculate they lie and find some reason NOT to give a renter's security deposit back! Deceptive all the way around!! The owner of Vista Point Properties said to me the day of my walkthrough that the rents are increasing due to COVID 19, what a pathetic excuse of a human being to take advantage of people in a Pandemic.

Vista Point Properties has managed my rental property for many, many years.
They are amazing. I never had to worry about anything and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. When it came time to find a new tenant they were fast and I had no down time. Recently I decided to renovate my rental and sell it. Malea was amazing. It was fun to bounce ideas off her for the renovations. She gave excellent advice on the ROI. We worked as a team and when the house went on the market she had it sold in the first week. Throughout the sale process she was always accessible, fast and on top of everything. I signed sale documents while on a beach in New Zealand. Malea's knowledge and use of technology made this possible. I highly recommend Malea Norris and Vista Point Properties.

I just recently sold my condo using Bill Norris and was very happy with how smooth this transaction went. As a Canadian, this sale involved a few more steps then normally would of and Bill was very helpful with direction on doing this. I found Bill very professional but also very relaxed which is welcomed when dealing with what could be a stressful event. I would highly recommend Bill for any real estate needs.

About 4 years ago I was looking for investment property in Tucson and came to Veranda at Ventana which was managed by Vista Point Properties. The property appeared very well maintained and after spending some time with manager Bill Norris, I felt I was dealing with a trustworthy and extremely capable manager. I purchased 3 units which Bill has managed for the last 4 years. These properties have been rented and well maintained by Bill and Malea. After serving on the Board of Directors at Veranda and working with Bill and Malea the past few years, I can personally attest to their integrity and professionalism.

I live in Kansas City, Mo. and purchased a Condo through these folks as an investment and their exceptional professional approach to my needs was perfect. It's been 3 years and they have kept me informed of all that's going on and if the opportunity arises to acquire another property they will the first call I make!
