I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I called ahead at 6:15 and I asked to come in around 6:30 for a gel manicure. I arrived around 6:30 and they started my nails, but the service felt rushed. My nails were already short, yet they were cut down even more. One nail was cut so far that it started bleeding, which has never happened to me at a nail salon. My finger is still sore days later. Absolutely love this salon! Grace does my nails and she is truly the best. She’s so detailed, gentle, and always makes my nails look perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend!
I have been coming here for years. I always felt the owner was rude, but I kept going because of Rachel. I have never in my life seen an owner scream at a person and tell them someone needed to be tipped. I had just given to two people and turned around to find the man who gave me a 10-minute massage.
