I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Dream On Mattress Store on Van Dyke. The owner went above and beyond anything I could've expected-she literally drove in all the way from Ann Arbor just to open the store for me, even with a major snowstorm on the way. That kind of dedication and customer service is almost unheard of today. I highly recommend Dream on Mattress. I went in and Jennifer was really friendly and helpful. She showed me the options that were best for me and going over the information about each of them to allow me to choose the one that was best for myself. They offer great deals and great beds. I am very satisfied with the Mattress I got and it’s been a year and half I purchased it from here.
Bought a patio table and chairs at this business. Jennifer, the owner was most gracious and I was impressed with her honesty and lovely personality.. I would strongly recommend going to this business or any other small businesses that are struggling during these times . Don't order from Big Box or Amazon before you try a one to one exchange with a business that is right in your neighborhood and will work with you!!
Jennifer was very polite, helpful with finding a comfortable mattress for my sleeping type and provided a good deal on the mattress. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery of the mattress, but Jennifer immediately went to work and fixed the issue.
