I have been to this salon a number of times and usually see Billy. He is a great tech and I regret having to include his name in this review as I have no complaints towards him. I booked an appt with him for a gel manicure, but when I arrived, he was doing a pedicure and not available to see me. They put me with another gentleman who was very rough with my nails and made my cuticles bleed. He did not prepare my nails correctly for gel at all. They were not polished or buffed. What can I say other than Wow!! Thank you Tony for including me into your nail business family. Everyone was so nice, attentive to detail and super professional. I especially enjoyed the number of customers that walked in and were greeted by name. The loyalty and professionalism of the people here have created a loyal customer base. ( for which I am now a part of). Thank you Tony for the great work and I’ll see you in 4 weeks.
