I paid over $100 for builder gel with cat-eye polish. When my nails were finished, they still felt sticky, and I politely told my technician because I knew something wasn’t right. Instead of listening, both my technician and the owner insisted everything was fine and made me feel like I was imagining it. My technician was also loudly talking about me across the salon in another language, which made me very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving in the middle of my pedicure.
