I got option 2. on the pedicure menu and it includes dead skin removal not callus build up. I don’t have callus’s. The picture is even after I went back to have her redo it and she didn’t even change her gloves between me and another customer. I didn’t see her sanitize any of the utensils either. Guess she just doesn’t have the time of day for the folks that support her job. I was hesitant to come because the last pedicure I had was not very good either. However, what I discovered is that the young women who work there are rushed to get through and don't care about the quality. The older women seem to care more, as my husband and I had side by side pedicures the last time we went. His was amazing and mine was awful. Danny does a great job! I have never had a problem getting an appointment! My nails always look great and I always end up having my nails look like the picture or better!!!
