Unprofessional and disrespectful service. My daughter and I were in the middle of our pedicures when the man working on me was pulled away to serve two women who had just walked in. I was told to wait until my daughter’s nails were finished before mine could even be painted — significantly extending our time there. I declined, paid, and left. Speaking in another language over customers and prioritizing new walk-ins over those already being served is unacceptable. I will not return.
I was immediately taken care of. I upgraded to the 2nd level pedicure package. I feel like the massage portion was a little short, maybe because they were nearing closing time? The quality was great though. I will give it another try.
Nina did my nails and feet. She took her time making sure every nail looked exactly the same. This is the best My nails have looked in a long time. I definitely recommend this place.
