This place,I have gone to TWICE. And no clue why this third time the service to the customer was absolutely terrible. I had gotten sent this money as a gift. I thought why not go to this nail salon which my past experiences with hasn't been bad. First off no clue who the guys name is when you walk in, but when I first arrived he told me to choose the color of my nails while sitting down. Happy with my nails. It very clean and staff really pay attention to what they are doing. I received a good clean pedicure and foot massage no need to set up the time but the staff surely spend time on my legs and made me feel relaxed and also manicure was so satisfying when I asked to mixed 3 colour's I got what I asked for and my nails was smooth no lump. Very happy for the services.
I have been coming to Dream Nails for 2 years! They absolutely never disappoint and I am always guaranteed amazing customer service, excellent attention to detail and the most innovative and beautiful designs here in Penticton. I'm a girly girl and hopped on the 'Cat Eye' trend because why the hell not (its so cute and its here in the picture)- not only did they exceed my expectations but they absolutely killed it on the design when I showed up with the picture.
