Not please suggested my sister in law for here for a new set of acrylics the lady was rude when shown her inspiration photos said no to every single one they weren’t anything crazy really either did absolutely no cuticle care and she left with nails that were only slightly what she wanted don’t recommend yes good job on the nails but for a 95 dollar set she shoulda at least left happy

The service at Dream Nails is extremely poor. The staff frequently speak in their own language and laugh in front of customers, which comes across as very rude and unprofessional. A basic principle of customer care is professionalism, which they clearly lack. Instead of offering helpful opinions or advice, they seem to mock customers. Even the person who claims to be the manager engages in this behavior. Visiting this place was an emotionally distressing experience. Worse nails ever Danny rushed and I felt i wasnt cared for. I use to be a nail tech many years ago paid 70 dollars just to come home and spend three hours filling my nails down as they were so thick. I showed him a picture as to how I like my nails I got the complete opposite. I will never return. There need to speak English found Danny and his wife very rude.
