not at all happy with my service. i went in today to have an acrylic set removed, they proceeded to rip the acrylic off of my nails with a plastic nail extension which ripping acrylic off nails causes damage to the nail dead. when i mentioned this to the gentleman doing my nails, i had another gentleman cut in and tell me that the damage would grow out; which may be the case, however this method of removal was painful and i could’ve done it that way on my own without paying $21 dollars to have the least amount of damage done... read more
Nice shop. Good people who really know what they’re doing and attract lovely customers. It was the first nail salon I’ve visited since moving to Penticton and I think I will keep on returning
They got me in for a walk in minimal manicure, so needed! And it was pretty affordable pricing. After a couple of days, the skin around my nails hurt from over trimming I think.

This place,I have gone to TWICE. And no clue why this third time the service to the customer was absolutely terrible. I had gotten sent this money as a gift. I thought why not go to this nail salon which my past experiences with hasn't been bad. First off no clue who the guys name is when you walk in, but when I first arrived he told me to choose the color of my nails while sitting down. I did so that, I already had a design in mind and went up to show him. He saw it and IMMEDIATELY encouraged me to not get that said design ... read more
