The service at Dream Nails is extremely poor. The staff frequently speak in their own language and laugh in front of customers, which comes across as very rude and unprofessional. A basic principle of customer care is professionalism, which they clearly lack. Instead of offering helpful opinions or advice, they seem to mock customers. Worse nails ever Danny rushed and I felt i wasnt cared for. I use to be a nail tech many years ago paid 70 dollars just to come home and spend three hours filling my nails down as they were so thick. I showed him a picture as to how I like my nails I got the complete opposite. I will never return. There need to speak English found Danny and his wife very rude.
Love every time I come here! They’re are always so friendly and make such a relaxing atmosphere. They’re are always amazing with my daughter too!
