Update on Taylor's rental property company... As I go through my books in prep for tax day I have come to realize that instead of her taking 25% as a rental commission, she took 75% and gave me 25%. I would have thought this was just a weird coincidence if it happened only 1 month but when I looked further it was actually 3 months (and she stopped paying me all together in June of this year). I have used Taylor for 2.5 years as a property manager. At first I was happy with the service she gave. Over the last year things changed. She would not call me back, did not have the proper supplies in the rental and the bookings became very slow. Her response rating on rental sites is poor, she didn't respond to guests while they were in the rental and she didn't upkeep the property at all (we live in a different state).
