Was hired by Ryan for Drywall repairs not the first time we did work for him ,work was done,left various messages I haven’t heard from him since,he ended owning us money..don’t work from him if you want to waste gas and time and labor from your day.
I have used Dream Makers Roofing and Construction in the past and have had good experiences. Now everything has changed! Ryan came to my home and gave me a quote on some insulation work and suggested chicken wire over the insulation. I agreed to his quote, he signed a contract and I gave him $1750.00, which was half of the job. He told me three separate times he would be there to do the job in the past almost 4 months. Owner is arrogant
I was very specific to what I wanted. Dual level back deck with roof over top deck to be completed by July 4th. Ryan came out and gave me an estimate and after consideration, I hired him to start immediately. He was there every morning and stayed until the sun was going down like clockwork until it was done. This was done professionally, and efficiently. He communicated with us about everything to make sure we were happy. I will be hiring dream makers roofing again on future projects.
