We purchased an Aquarest 300 Premium in 2021. By Spring of 2024 the hot tub developed a leak in both the plumbing and in the rotomolded shell. Working through the warranty process with Dream Maker was slow and costly.
Nice looking spas at decent prices but you get what you pay for. Our 2021 Crossover 730L started off great but has had multiple issues and now will not hold water. Our local Dream Maker dealer has been unable to find the leak so I turned to people online - come to find out many experienced repair folks have ID’d an issue with the body on these tubs leaking. Stay away from Dream Maker hot tubs at all costs. These hot tubs have nothing but issues and customer service is non existent. Many other bands available in the same price range with actual customer service.
