We purchased an Aquarest 300 Premium in 2021. By Spring of 2024 the hot tub developed a leak in both the plumbing and in the rotomolded shell. Working through the warranty process with Dream Maker was slow and costly.

Nice looking spas at decent prices but you get what you pay for. Our 2021 Crossover 730L started off great but has had multiple issues and now will not hold water. Our local Dream Maker dealer has been unable to find the leak so I turned to people online - come to find out many experienced repair folks have ID’d an issue with the body on these tubs leaking. I'm writing a review of my Dream Maker spa replacement cover for my Crossover 740L hot tub. We purchased our hot tub from a local business in Red Deer, Alberta CA in 2020. We have been very happy with our tub to date, however when it became time to replace a heavy water logged cover, things became awful. I changed to three stars. I found a crack in the shell and they sent me a new spa. I had to pay 500 dollars shipping and it took many many months to get my new spa
