Great atmosphere
Horrible experience. Not professional at all. Man tries to outsmart you. The second things are not in his favor he will make things hard for you. If you sign with him or his company make sure you already have a lawyer!!
This is not the people you want to sign a lease with or do business with. Beware of giving any upfront monies prior to signing a lease! The 22 page lease is outrageous. Please read the entire thing because it's stacked against the renter! Before signing the lease Richard asks for a security deposit and first months rent. Which is normal, however before signing the lease we did a walk through where the home was in POOR condition. Nothing was cleaned and you could tell the home has been through the ringer.
