This is for all the homeowners , Stay away from these people i've had several Mortgage Lenders look over the disclosures they sent. Come to find out they were robbing me 15k . I urge all the buyers to seek Lending outside of Bakersfield the Lenders here are all very dishonest along with there realtors Rob is one of them. and will not answer calls after a certain point they ignore you.
