Called to inquire about services for my parents the owner was very rude and did not like the level of service I was seeking. I actually need the care provider for my parents to be digital as I don't live in their city, makes my life easier if I can pay via payment links etc. He basically told me that he is more focused on homecare digital is not something he is into nor finds that a measure of his offering. The staff is wonderful, compassionate,professional and very resonsive. Initial call for staffing needs was handled quickly and efficiently. The personnel sent out to the home exceded all expectations. Would recommend highly for private duty needs. Thank you so much Dream-Hope Home Health Care.
