The absolute worst contractor in the area. Mr Simonelli has the worst reputation of any contractor around, not only from contractors but also from building inspectors. Simonelli has filed for bankruptcy and has left numerous suppliers. Workers and customers hanging. Numerous lawsuits against him involving consumer fraud. Stay away from this guy and anyone he associates with. Nightmare Homes starting Simonelli and his cast of rejects, Valerie Jones, Mark Sampson to name a few.
It took over 5 years to complete our house. If you want to call it complete. 3 years later we just won our 2nd arbitration and we’re just recently told by the inspector that he feels there is structural damage and that’s why our floors are lifting, doors are not properly opening and possible roof problems. As a previous review stated, they ghost you, lie about products being ordered and at the office. The owner Vince Simonelli is very unprofessional . Absolutely horrible contractors. My 9 month build took almost 3 years to complete Intermittent ghosting followed by constant requests for more monies than was agreed to contractually. Homeowners Beware.

Terrible, stay away, poor workmanship poor quality...would never recommend, still correcting issues from 2020, they basically ghosted me.
