Nothing like the Holiday Village that Merle Baxter created and was later so well managed by his sons. Baxter had a waiting list of people that wanted to get in.These people have a lot of vacant lots. The worst thing about the place is that they did not take care of the pond and they let volunteer trees take over which created an ideal breeding ground for mosquitos behind the dam. Hence the name of the place now. "Lake Forest".
