As a new home buyer, Dream Home Inspections was a wonderful inspection team to work with. Kent walked me through the entire house with professionalism and experience and found fixes that I never would have thought of, or known of, at first glance. I feel much more confident going into our first house knowing the state of the house and what is needed to maintain/improve the houses health.
They were a little more expensive than other inspections, but they were more thorough than anyone else i have worked with. They took extensive notes, and pictures of everything so there is no confusion about what they are talking about. Would recommend.
We had a home inspection with a radon test. He did a great job of showing us everything he found and explaining the issues. The report was detailed and clear. He also called the day after sending the report to see if we had any questions about it.
