I used this company to do three inspections. The inspector was excellent at his job and was very knowledgeable. However, I paid $150 for a "Repair Report". This was nothing more than an auto generated report using the original inspection as input and then using national pricing averages to calculate an overall repair cost. Dream Home Inspection damaged my new metal roof by walking on it. There was NO REASON to walk on my brand new metal roof that was permitted by the city. Kriss Skirrow refused to pay for the repair. The inspector, Louis, has my pictures that clearly show the roof was not damaged upon him going on to it. They are refusing to give me the pictures as well. stay away!!!!!
The owners are extremely honest and trustworthy
The single most professional inspection company that I recommend to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and make sure my customers know what to do and expect with an inspection report. Great with advise when a report comes back less than favorable. Keep up the good work. Also, the professionalism does not stop at the actual inspectors. The office staff has always been very friendly and quick to get you anything you may need!
Sean and Chris arrived on time and were very thorough, with a verbal review on site, being very professional. I am a marine surveyor and conduct the same type of inspections with yachts, and was very impressed with their attention to detail as I do with my reports. When I had questions later, they were very helpful with answers. I could not recommend them more!
As Realtors it is extremely important to myself and Tony to know everything about the home that, we are either Listing or helping a Buyer purhase. This company would be my only choice for my own purchase as well .
