I had a fantastic experience with this appraisal company. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and helped me work through a complicated zoning issue with ease. The appraisal report was detailed, well-organized, and clearly presented. Highly recommend — 10/10.

I have got appraisal from this company for one of my properties. The appraiser came to my place and measured all corners and note down his findings. While I was talking with him he was not paying attention like he was ignoring me, i was simply saying to him to check the neighboring property with its MLS number which has the same layout same measurements and was in market for 10 days and sold with $$$ amount. Great company. I have used them on all my houses and have always been treated extremely well. There appraisals are accurate and fast and they have communicated well with myself and my bank.

Expects people to pay money without providing any examples of workmanship. I approached them in regards to a home appraisal. There are people in the city who charge between $225 to as much as $600 for appraisals. All are certified RealEstate Appraisers. Their quite was in the higher end. So all of the Appraisers for a sample report so that I can see what I am getting for my money and what justifies the cost. Almost all of them provided me with a sample, except them.
