Bad behavior staff and rude attitude. Refusing service solely because a customer won't tip could be seen as discriminatory and potentially violate equal service laws.

I have been going to Kevin since he started in Havertown. I get my hair highlighted and cut. Not once have I ever been disappointed. I have referred many family and friends who also continue to visit him for their hair needs. I should mention that I live almost an hour away…so worth the trip!

At my most recent visit, the nail technician removed my gel toenail polish so aggressively, that one of my toenails split, turned white and, in the days thereafter, came off. She became visibly upset (to her credit) and started shouting for her boss who came over & was completely dismissive of it. When I tried to talk to the boss about it (I had to ask her over - she was ignoring the situation), she said that it was something about my body’s reaction to the polish. Call within 30 minutes of the store closing, and they were able to accommodate me professionally efficiently and friendly. Very clean facility.
