They were a "dream" to work with. When we walked in for a consultation, he showed us some unique doors that a couple people. It was an easy process and they were upfront about the costs and the differences between materials. They installed the door before the house was completed, it got a little jammed in the process and they sent Merven out to fix it. He was great - patient and knew his product. Highly recommend working with them!
Never in my life will I ever use them or recommend them to anyone. They took my money and promised to install my garage door with in 3 months. I waited 9 months. Always excuses after excuses. Blaming third party for something. Few months after installation, the garage door broke and need it to be fixed. I was promised they will fix it but it took them 3 to 4 MONTHS to do it. They almost never pick up their phone and neither return any phone calls nor emails. I'm NOT very happy with their product and their service!
