I initially gave a 1 star rating due to a misunderstanding between the technician and myself. The work the technician did was quick and professional. I was called by the owner of the company and had the charges explained to me and I would definitely use the company again for an further work on gates or garage doors. Due to the owners phone call and explanation of events I feel this company is fair and customer oriented and can be trusted to do excellent work for a fair price.

I was soo happy with Dream Garage Doors. I needed a new door and motor and they were great. The quote was right on no hidden added on charges. They came when they said and were done in less time than quoted. They were great. Eli answered all my questions and programed the door. I would recommend them to everyone. Great Job!!!

I called Thursday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning for my garage door that was unable to close and unable to open after I switched it to manual mode. Eli, came out as scheduled even calling in advance of his arrival. To my embarrassment, Eli reset the switch so the door could open and it also went back down with no problem. I had a GREAT experience with Dream Garage Door & Gate. On a Sunday evening, my garage door opener stop working. I called Dream that night and didn't expect anyone to pick up the phone. To my surprise, *** picked up, gave me a rough estimate, and we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. By 7am on Monday, my garage opener was fixed at a reasonable price, and I was on my way. I would highly recommend using Dream Garage Door & Gate for a hassle-free and easy experience.

We have used Dream Garage Doors twice and they have always gone above and beyond, every time. The first time was a complete replacement of our two garage doors and openers. The difference was amazing! The beautiful insulated doors kept our garage cool in the blazing heat that we seem to always have upon us here in the Pasadena area. The opening and closing of the door was also really quiet and didn't create such a ruckus, which was a bonus.
