I can not say enough great things about Kirsti and her programs! Not only is she very knowledgeable and such a happy person to work with, she is a mom who has been through it and knows what its like. She is so easy to connect with and makes exercise in your fitness or pregnancy journey a great experience. Highly recommend live fit with Kirsti!!!!
Kirsti may be the best kept secret in Tyler postpartum care. Her workouts are so incredibly helpful and her commentary helps you to fully connect to what needs to be happening in your body during it. She is a true master at her craft. I have personally had lots of opportunity to learn from great teachers but Kirsti is one of the greats!
Kirsti's classes are AMAZING!!! She's incredibly knowledgeable about her field, patient beyond measure when teaching someone something new and the most energetic, joyful trainer you could find. Her workout space is private and comfy. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!!!
Kirstie helped me tremendously after feeling like my body hadn’t been responding to gym visits the way I’d hoped.
