Kirsti was amazing! Even as a second-time mom, I had never thought to implement a pelvic floor workout. She introduced breath work combined with pelvic floor strengthening in such a clear and supportive way. 5 stars

Kirsti is by far my favorite trainer, I am so glad that I ended up finding her! Her workouts and class have been exactly what I need. Shes very attentive and she actually cares which is what makes a huge impact. Her classes are fun and also relaxing at the same time, I look forward to going each week to my classes! I most definitely will tell all my friends and recommend her classes to anyone I know!
