It has been a bad experience regarding this This email is a follow-up to one from approximately eight months ago where we reported that after moving in, we had problems with cracks in both bathtubs. I was in the process of purchasing a home. Gave a deposit and the home home appraised 18K below the selling price. In the mist of that 5 days before closing the lender pulled another hard inquiry and made my credit score drop. so they stated i couldn't get the automatic approval and they would have to enter it manually, but were going to deny me so I can get my deposit back. I'm still waiting for my deposit. I have emailed the seller several times in regards of my deposit and no response. How professional is that.

I built a home in Medlin Forest. Its time to turn the community over and we are finding out that Dream Finders sold the residents a load of BS. The "walking path" is a weed riddled joke of less than a half inch of mud and gravel that was never completed. The ponds "with fountains and water plants" are now ugly "dry ponds." The sod on the yards was literally laid down over stones and giant rocks that are now poking through. Residents are having to spend thousands of dollars on leveling soil to fix their yards.
