Mickelson civil on of the “dream finders consultants” is extremely unprofessional dismissive and was a complete turn off for the whole experience of dream finders. We will be looking elsewhere

I was in the process of purchasing a home. Gave a deposit and the home home appraised 18K below the selling price. In the mist of that 5 days before closing the lender pulled another hard inquiry and made my credit score drop. so they stated i couldn't get the automatic approval and they would have to enter it manually, but were going to deny me so I can get my deposit back. I'm still waiting for my deposit. I have emailed the seller several times in regards of my deposit and no response. How professional is that.
