***EDIT 2*** I just noticed that they re-listed the house for the same price but removed the $4,000 paint, flooring, cabinet, ceiling fan, and faucet upgrade. When I asked to see the texts he claimed that he was on his 3rd or 4th phone within the last couple months so he did not have the messages anymore. Dream Finders Homes say nothing that I mentioned to them in an email is warranted. Everything was fine at closing they told me but the bathroom tub has cracked after we moved in for a couple of months and the doors (2) don’t close correctly and the paint job SUCKS! We will NEVER sign off on a house again unless we walk through it with a fine tune comb! Anyone that buys a house built by Dream Finders Homes needs to visit me so I can show you what to look for!
