Beware to buyers, wait until all construction is complete on your street. Since I’ve moved in (Richmond Hills in Supply) I’ve had a daily stream of trash and other construction debris in my yard. ***EDIT 2*** I just noticed that they re-listed the house for the same price but removed the $4,000 paint, flooring, cabinet, ceiling fan, and faucet upgrade. When I asked to see the texts he claimed that he was on his 3rd or 4th phone within the last couple months so he did not have the messages anymore.
