Not great. I bought a home from DreamFinders. Quality of workmanship on paint, fence, plumbing, etc. not high quality. And when they send someone to fix something, it almost always makes it worse. They use low quality subcontractors that cut corners and will tell you that's how they always do it when you confront the bad job they did to try to "fix" an issue of workmanship. They literally sent a fence guy that cuts the angle cuts on top of the fence with a chain saw. Never again will I buy from DreamFinders.
Beware and don’t buy in this neighborhood (Overbrook Ln Longmont) or with dream finders. I have been holding off for a year now to say how horrible our experience has been. A year later and we are still dealing with everything imaginable. If this was our primary home you betcha I would have come out on the news already. This has been the 3rd new build home we have purchased and this one has sucked on all expectations from customer service, to the home foundation, Lascaping problems the land shifting causing sidewalk and driv... read more
