Don’t buy houses from Dream Finders! They must be called Nightmare Finders! They sold me a house at Palms of Windermere (56 lote) that was supposed to have a backyard with 22 feet where I was supposed to make a pool… after signing the contract and beginning construction of the house I discovered it has just 6 feet !!! My home was built in 2019 with a 10 year warranty on the structure. For 4 years I have been hearing a popping sound in the ceiling area. After several calls and emails I finally got someone to come out and inspect my home. I found that the drywall in the kitchen and common areas are cracked in seam of the ceiling.
