My home was built in 2019 with a 10 year warranty on the structure. For 4 years I have been hearing a popping sound in the ceiling area. After several calls and emails I finally got someone to come out and inspect my home. I found that the drywall in the kitchen and common areas are cracked in seam of the ceiling. Stay away from them. Horrible stories online. All the stories are the same. From stucco to plumbing. They don't know what they are doing. Owner should move cautious. There's a lot of pissed of people
I would give DreamFinders zero stars if I could. If you’re considering building with them, run the other way. We certainly regret our decision to trust them with our home. It has been nothing but problems from the start. Our upstairs bathroom flooded into our master bathroom just TWO months after we moved in. We've had water intrusion from faulty stucco because they didn’t follow Florida building code for stucco thickness, which has led to a class action lawsuit against the builder.
