I have mouth cancer and was turned down by several dentists for arches before Dr. Ouellette agreed to treat me. It's a long and expensive process on which insurance pays only an extremely small portion as viewed as cosmetic even though due to disease in my case. But you get what you pay for. Doctor and staff are professional and friendly.
The staff & Dr Ouellette are always very pleasant and accommodating.
Even though our insurance no longer covers this practice and we have to drive across town to come here, it is still worth it! My husband and my kids also come here and we trust them. Their staff and the doctors are kind and patient and tender with our mouths. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I would have rated the experience a five overall; however, the time between procedures was too long, and I had been told all procedures will be completed in a single visit, which did not occur. The service provided by the doctor and assistants was a five. I would have rated the hygienist a five if she had not repeatedly mentioned my condition; her lack of sensitivity was a zero.
Dr. Oulette and Karen the dental assistant were great today. I had a tooth extraction to prepare for an implant. They both were concerned for my comfort throughout the procedure.
