I used to love this dentist but after my last visit I received a bill and couldn’t figure out why. After speaking with them I discovered that the hygienist asked at the end of my visit if I wanted fluoride without explaining there is an extra cost associated with it. I disagree with businesses that throw in hidden charges without clarifying and making sure the customers understands. I will be finding a new dentist. Dr. Coggins is nice and she is definitely knowledgeable and precise. The only reason I would give 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the inconvenience. My appointment was to finish up a root canal on a broken tooth and was under the assumption I would be in and out. It was not communicated with me that it would take 3 HOURS!!!!! I work a full time job with not a lot of wiggle room for PTO usage and because of that I was penalized for having to take off an additional hour on top of the 2 hours I had already took off for the a... read more
I would not take my dying dog to this dental clinic there is a reason they have an “F” with the better business bureau. Absolutely worst experience ever They don’t even deserve 1 star.
I always have the best experiences at this dentist office. However this was my first with Bianca, Dr Coggins assistant ! She very professional, knowledgeable and personalable! She really made the visit enjoyable!!!
