Absolutely awful trying to get an appointment. My first reach out to this salon was by text because the website instructed customers to call or text, and there was no option to schedule online. I first contacted them on May 2nd and still had not received a response by May 7th, so I reached out again. Finally, a stylist responded that evening around 9:30 PM. 10/10 recommend Ari for your extensions and coloring needs! I wasn't happy with the extensions I had prior but I didn't realize how much better it could be until I met Ari. She corrected my color from an undesirable yellow to a flawless, natural looking blonde. I got sooo many compliments on my hair after my first appointment with her!
