I love, Love our new Isealy mattress it is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever sleep on! And the service at the New Hartford store was second to none!
Shout out to the helpful folks at Dream City Mattress, especially Jon in their Herkimer location. I bought a mattress set from the New Hartford location 2 1/2 years ago and have recently noticed that one side was collapsing and extremely uncomfortable. On Monday we started a warranty claim and today have a new (larger and even more comfortable!) set ordered that will be delivered in a week or two.
