What a find! Dream Chasers Coffee Lab is tucked inside The Garden on Eisenhower Ave. You walk in through the "Events at The Garden" door into a space full of plants and light, and it's one of the most beautiful coffee spots in Alexandria. Leo and Brittani roast their own beans, mostly from Ethiopia, and you can taste the care in every cup. The drinks are the real magic. Traveling through town and found this gem! Really enjoyed the pour over coffee here! Potent, tasty, hoppy, and the owner is well versed in the Lab of Coffee ☕ 10/10
The brown sugar shaken espresso was SO good and made just right! That’s exactly what a shaken espresso should taste like! It’s so hard to find a good coffee that you can actually taste the coffee. It was nice and strong on the flavor and great service. I think it was a little too pricey for the cup size though. The cup size is worth $5, a bigger size would’ve made the experience feel complete. Nonetheless, I’d highly recommend.
