I went to this center to have a breast exam after finding a lump in my breast. I was told due to my age it was fibrocystic breast and nothing to worry about. Long story short, I later found out it was stage 2 breast cancer. I had to advocate for myself fiercely just to get an order written for a breast ultrasound because they refused to write the order the first time due to my age and lack of family history which was unknown because I grew up in foster care. Clinic failed to treat medical conditions and give service and care at all. They failed and didn't even try. This is the worst service anyone could ever receive.
Such a blessing to find this clinic! Everyone who works there is so kind and genuinely sweet. They actually listen, give helpful suggestions, and make you feel completely safe. I can truly feel the women supporting women energy here and it means everything. The whole environment is super neat and clean too. Thank you for your help, I’m really grateful!
I don't think I could give higher praise to a clinic. I have been a patient for a few years and they are truly a source of hope when there seems to be very little. You are never rushed, you are listened to, and your needs are truly addressed. Everyone from the front staff to the medical team are professional, kind, attentive, nonjudgmental, and they're grateful to be there and grateful you are there.
