I highly recommended NEVER EVER using this company for any services. They were called out on several occasions to do warranty work each time telling us nothing was wrong, then a different company came and found the problem and fixed it within minutes. The manager on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and their sales associate they sent out to try to collect a payment for covered services was aggressive and rude as well
I own 2 bakeries here in Colorado Springs and Dream Catcher Mechanical has been working on my equipment for 5 years. They are very professional. They have great customer service, knowledgeable & experienced technicians. They always send someone out same day. They are very reasonable in price and will always do what's best for you and your company. They are the BEST in town. Thanks Dream Catchers for keeping my equipment up and running.
This company and their owner Darrell are very unprofessional and just downright rude. Definitely do not use this company for repair work.
I have used Dream Catcher Mechanical for the past 6 years servicing my HVAC needs at my small shopping center. They have provided repair services, warranty services and installed a number of new units for me. Great group of people, honest, and responsive. What other company can you call the owner on a Sunday afternoon to get someone out first thing Monday.
Having posted a 5 star review previously I must post a 1 one star one now due to the service we got today. Riley was great the first 2 times he came out. We called a 3rd time to get a hood vent fixed and got a different tech. After 2 times of coming out, my hood vent still does not work properly. They sent us an invoice, so I called and stated that the job was never done properly.
